Minutes for meetings of Bickerstaffe Parish Council
  • Meetings are usually held on the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
  • The venue is usually Four Lane Ends Mission.
  • The Meetings held in May are the Annual Meetings of the Council.
  • PC meetings are not held in August.
  • The Chairman signs all original copies of the Minutes once they are approved by Council (to show they are a true and accurate record of proceedings), and then initials each page; original copies with signatures are kept on record and are available for viewing by arrangement with the Clerk.
